Home Gyms:

There are significant advantages to having a
home gym. You can work out according to your
own schedule, rather than adhering to hours that
suit someone else. It is easier to
incorporate fitness into your own routine when you
do not have to leave the house to work out
elsewhere. There are no monthly membership
fees associated with using your own equipment.
There are no crowds to fight, and no waiting until
the machine you need is available. You can
work out when you want and how you want.
The picture above illustrates one type of home
gym. Jeff set up this gym to meet a
particular client's individual needs. This
individual needed a gym that would allow him to
complete a wide range of exercises that would
target many different body areas. However,
he did not have a lot of space. Jeff found a
piece of equipment that would fit all of this
client's needs: a machine that would allow him to
work his whole body, but would fit into a tight
space. Jeff then worked with the individual
to learn how to effectively use the home gym.
He also helped the individual to incorporate the
fitness program into his everyday schedule.
Jeff set up a similar home gym for a "busy
lady". This woman complained she did not
have time to incorporate a fitness routine into
her daily schedule. In working with the
woman, he learned she was a fan of a particular
soap opera, and "never missed [her] stories."
Jeff set up a home gym for this individual near a
television set. He developed a comprehensive
program that could be completed while watching the
daily soaps, helping her find time in her busy
schedule to incorporate her workout.
Jeff can do the same for you.

busy you are, or how limited your space, Jeff can

the comfort of your own home.
