Jeff's Philosophies:
- An individualized fitness program is of the
utmost importance for everyday health and
well-being.
- Everyone needs a written program to follow
each week. This program, at minimum, needs
to include 3 hours of exercise (broken down into
three, one-hour sessions), as well as three
sessions of aerobic exercise.
- Diet is 85% of how you will look.
Exercise is the other 15%.
- It is important for people of all ages to
exercise, regardless of age or physical
condition.
- It is never too late to work out or to start
an exercise program and to stick with it for the
rest of your life, no matter what your ailment
may be.
- It is not only possible, but probable that
your body will react to a program of regular
exercise and will begin to show the results
after merely one month of continuous exercise.
- Always get a medical clearance from your
physician BEFORE beginning an exercise program,
and make sure you do not work out too hard or
cause injury.
- Everybody can benefit from an individualized
fitness program.
- Everyone can improve their overall health
and well being by attaining greater fitness.
